Better Sleep Month

It’s Better Sleep Month. So far, I’ve gone to bed earlier and gotten up earlier a few times. But it’s a goal I’m striving toward. Also, affirming to myself that I am a morning person to change that mindset. So many things I’m working on between now and my birthday.

I’ve generally believed I’m a night owl, and I’ve suffered insomnia often. I’ve never liked getting up early and have always said my ideal sleep schedule is from 2:00 a.m – 10 a.m. lots of health and wellness colleagues tell me I can change my attitude about sleep just the way I do my attitudes toward anything else. So, I’m working on it.

How about you? How’s your sleep? What works or doesn’t for you? Do you believe you can change your attitude and beliefs about it, thusly improving your sleep?
