What you said

Posted “Who are you?” video earlier here and around social media and got some really thoughtful feedback.

This is an amazing post. I go in my head often and think about this exact thing. You are spot on. Look forward to more of “you” helping “me”

As a departure doula, I help people facing illness, decline, death, dying and loss experiences of all kinds think about what they have learned about themselves and write legacy letters, create ethical wills or complete legacy projects. You shouldn’t wait to begin the journey of self-exploration and compiling your wisdom and advice for the people you love. Knowing your authentic self is the first sep in loving yourself, which is the first step in loving others well and changing the world.

That’s a very good question. I’ve often asked myself that question. I believe I’m a healer? I’m often helping others.

On June 17, I’ll be facilitating a mini-legacy writing session at our first Cycles of Life Women’s retreat, “Into the Woods.” The day will be filled with other important and meaningful things to learn and share and implement to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Please consider joining.

I often ask myself more “what is my purpose?” I overthink and maybe I shouldn’t.
