Start feeling better in the new year with Laughing Yoga. First session of the new year is tonight at 7:30 PM Eastern. Also, every Saturday morning at 10:30 AM.
I’m also looking for insight and reassessing this offering for the new year, so it’s the best possible for as many as possible.
What day(s) of the week, and what time(s) would be best for you to regularly attend a Zoom laughing yoga session? (I know. I know. I’m sick of it, too, but, um, COVID.) How often do you think it should be offered?
I’m not trying to commit you or harass anyone to attend. (but you should :)) I’m just looking for feedback as I reassess for the new year. So, comment if you can.
